My sweet friend Becca is engaged! I met her and her fiance, Nate, for their engagement portrait session last month. Between our busy schedules, and the fact they live in Georgia now, we only had one day for their photos and naturally, the May forecast called for rain!

But luckily for us, as I sipped my iced coffee & drove to meet them — the rain STOPPED! I prayed it would hold off just a little bit longer but was prepared with umbrellas if not. It turned out to be perfect and their backyard was my dream come true. I love an open meadow-like field with flowers <3

I was also so so excited to meet their little pup, Zip! Who was eager to jump right into their photos at the end. 🙂
